DCOM Security in Windows 2003 SP1
Windows 2003 SP1 has a new security group: Distributed COM Users
This group is new with Windows Server 2003 SP1 and that, by default, remote DCOM attempts are blocked to all but users in "Distributed COM Users" group (or administrators.)
